I'm incredibly grateful for our IT support team - specifically Aaron and Dhennis! Anytime I have a computer issue - big or small - they respond right away and always get it resolved quickly and efficiently.

For example, I work between two properties and couldn't access a share drive I needed to finish a project that morning. I know IT support can get very busy supporting many of our offices; however, Aaron jumped right in, diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Another example is when Dhennis took the time to work on an ongoing Comcast issue with me. He stayed on the phone with Comcast several times and worked with the rep to troubleshoot the issue we were having.

I truly enjoy working with Dhennis and Aaron from Xperts Unlimited. They are consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive—even on days when my questions might fall into the “I probably should’ve known that” category.
